How to sign up:

2. Kalene will reach out to confirm and gather any other details from you within 1-2 weeks.

3. Kalene will select 2-3 lodging options that fit the group size and budget.

4. Kalene will send lodging options to the group at least 10-12 weeks prior to the 09/18.

5. The group will rank the lodging options from least to most favorite.

6. Guests will pay a non-refundable 50% downpayment before Kalene books the most favorite lodging.

7. Guests will pay the remaining balance at least 1-2 weeks prior to 09/18.
